Freepoint aimed to transform their workspace into a more functional and inspiring environment, with a larger tea point, expanded breakout area, and reconfigured layout. Crucially, the project needed to be delivered seamlessly, without disrupting their daily operations.

Our design approach embraced a phased strategy, ensuring the office remained fully operational throughout. Thoughtful updates included a welcoming reception area to leave a lasting first impression, revitalised meeting rooms for polished collaboration, and warm, sustainable LED lighting to enhance the atmosphere.

The new tea point and breakout area were designed as vibrant hubs for connection and creativity, offering staff a comfortable space to recharge and collaborate. A larger comms room addressed growing operational demands while supporting efficiency.

By working outside of office hours and carefully coordinating every phase, we ensured minimal disruption while maintaining momentum.

The result is a workspace that feels fresh, functional, and welcoming—an environment designed not just to support work, but to inspire it.
